Center for a New American Security Releases ‘India-China Border Tensions and US Strategy in the Indo-Pacific Report’



The Center for a New American Security (CNAS) holds an event at 9:30 a.m. ET on March 30 to release a new report on India-China Border Tensions and U.S. Strategy in the Indo-Pacific.

Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) delivers a keynote speech at the event, followed by remarks from authors of the report, Lisa Curtis, CNAS Indo-Pacific Security Program Director, and Derek Grossman, RAND Corporation Senior Defense Analyst, to discuss the findings and recommendations in the report.

In the following panel discussion, M. Taylor Fravel, Arthur, Ruth Sloan professor of Political Science and director of the MIT Security Studies Program; Aparna Pande, research fellow and director of the India Initiative at the Hudson Institute; and Dave Shullman, senior director of the Global China Hub at the Atlantic Council will share their perspectives.
