Biden Denies Involvement in Hunter’s China Deals; 120 Million Americans Plagued by Wildfire Smoke
President Joe Biden on June 28 denied involvement in his son Hunter’s business dealings after recent reports of his son’s text messages indicated the president had been in the room with him during negotiations with a Chinese businessman.

Former Marine Daniel Penny pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide at the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse. Penny is charged in the death of a homeless man he put in a chokehold on the New York City subway in May. He faces up to 19 years in prison if convicted on both counts.
