The Continued Witch Hunt Against Trump
Former President Donald Trump criticized Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, calling her corrupt, after she announced a grand jury indictment against him and 18 others relating to the 2020 election. Trump accused Willis of conducting a witch hunt and questioned the timing of the indictment. He also referred to an erroneous posting on the Georgia court’s website that suggested he had already been charged, potentially giving him ammunition to argue the case against him is tainted.
