Weiss Abandons Hunter Plea Bargain: Government Wasn’t ‘Unfaithful’

Special counsel David Weiss has officially withdrawn the plea deal for Hunter Biden, rejecting the claims made by Biden’s attorneys that the deal was “valid and binding.” The plea deal was intended to address misdemeanor tax charges and potentially divert allegations of felony gun possession.
