Trump: ‘I Received a Charge for Recommending Newsmax to the Public’
Former President Donald Trump believes that he is being unfairly targeted in the aftermath of the 2020 election because he told people to watch Newsmax. He mentioned during an interview that he got charged for encouraging people to watch the network. Trump referred to a part of the indictment against him, which accuses him of trying to overturn the election and cites a post from his Twitter account where he encouraged supporters to watch Newsmax and One America News Network for “real news.”
