Representative Burchett Tells Newsmax that Biden Refuses to Hand Over Documents

Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., told Newsmax on Thursday that President Joe Biden has not been truthful about the activities of his son Hunter Biden since the start. He also expressed skepticism that Biden will produce the documents being sought in the House impeachment inquiry.

Burchett criticized the White House for its arrogance on several issues, including the border situation, and emphasized the need for genuine leadership to address the nation’s fiscal and physical security concerns.

He also raised concerns about the administration’s decision to deliver $250 million in aid to Ukraine while border security policies remain unresolved. Burchett accused the White House of obstructing justice and neglecting the needs of the nation’s own border.

Additionally, Burchett addressed the challenges posed by the surge of migrants crossing the border and the impact on resources, particularly for veterans in need of housing and support.

Regarding the controversy surrounding GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley’s comments about the cause of the Civil War, Burchett expressed confidence that the issue would not damage her candidacy.
