Newsmax: Matt Schlapp Says Biden Breaks Historical Norms

After President Joe Biden’s recent physical exam, American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp expressed to Newsmax his concerns regarding White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre’s statement that a neurologist had to assess the president to confirm he didn’t need a cognitive test.

Biden underwent his yearly physical at a military hospital in Maryland, announcing that the results were consistent with last year. Doctors affirmed Biden’s good health and readiness for duty, which involved the removal of a chest lesion and confirmation of his recovery from long COVID symptoms after his infection in 2022.

Schlapp remarked, “Since 2016, Joe Biden has avoided extensive questioning from the media,” during an interview on “The Record With Greta Van Susteren.”

In addition to the physical, a recent Quinnipiac Poll revealed that almost 70% of registered voters believe Biden is too old to serve another term.
