Senator Marshall tells Newsmax: Migrants Will Not Receive Free Flights to Washington D.C.

Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., spoke to Newsmax on Wednesday about his proposed legislation that would prohibit airlines from transporting migrants into Washington, D.C.

The legislation, known as the “End Aerial Invasion Act,” would prevent airlines from operating at Reagan Washington National Airport if they are involved in transporting illegal aliens using the Customs and Border Protection One Mobile Application for identification purposes, according to Marshall’s office.

Marshall explained on “The Chris Salcedo Show” that President Joe Biden has brought in at least 300,000 illegal aliens who use the CBP One app as identification because they lack driver’s licenses or passports. He emphasized that these individuals were not properly screened.

The senator from Kansas believes that the bill would prioritize the safety of Americans flying into D.C.

A Freedom of Information Act lawsuit was filed by the Center for Immigration Studies to obtain information on CBP flights. Under the Biden administration, it was revealed that secretive flights transported approximately 320,000 inadmissible aliens from foreign airports to 43 American airports from January to December 2023, with all individuals pre-approved on the CBP One app.
