Former President Donald Trump Accuses Judge of Fraudulent Judgment

Former President Donald Trump is alleging that Judge Arthur Engoron’s $454 million civil fraud judgment against him is an attempt to hinder his 2024 White House campaign. Trump referred to the jurist as a “Corrupt, Radical Left Judge” and a “Trump hater.” In a series of Friday morning posts on Truth Social, Trump claimed that there was no trial, jury, crime, or victim in his case, only a corrupt judge and a Trump-hating Attorney General, who he claims takes orders directly from the White House, leading to election interference at an unprecedented level.

In one of his posts, Trump expressed his frustration, stating that he had nearly five hundred million dollars in cash that he had intended to use for his presidential campaign. He accused Enrogan and James of knowing he was innocent but still attempting to take away his funds, resulting in the $454 million judgment against him.

Trump’s lawyers have requested an appellate court to postpone the enforcement of the judgment, arguing that it would cause irreparable harm to Trump before his appeal is heard. Trump has previously discussed self-funding his presidential campaigns and has expressed his intention to continue doing so despite the ongoing legal challenges he is facing.

In his speeches and interviews, Trump has reiterated his stance on self-funding his campaigns, highlighting his financial independence as one of his strengths in the political arena.
