United States to Close ‘Gun Show Loophole’ and Implement Stricter Background Check Requirements
The U.S. Justice Department announced on Thursday that a rule has been finalized requiring gun dealers to obtain federal licenses and conduct background checks, regardless of where they sell guns. This rule will soon go into effect.
