Karoline Leavitt tells Newsmax: a fair jury for ‘Joe Biden’s trial’ is deemed ‘impossible’

During the second day of jury selection for former President Donald Trump’s business records trial in New York City, Karoline Leavitt, the press secretary for Trump’s campaign, expressed concerns to Newsmax that obtaining a fair jury may be “impossible” in “[President] Joe Biden’s trial.”

In an interview with “Wake Up America,” Leavitt criticized the trial as a “Communist show trial” and mentioned the motion filed to change the venue due to the liberal leanings of Manhattan.

Leavitt alleged that District Attorney Alvin Bragg and the judge were orchestrating an election interference case against President Trump, rather than pursuing actual criminals. She also criticized the judge for threatening Trump with jail time if he does not attend his son Barron’s graduation.

The Trump legal team will continue to seek a fair jury, despite the challenges they face. Leavitt accused Biden of weaponizing the justice system against political opponents and avoiding debates with Trump.
