Tarik Sheppard tells Newsmax: Non-Criminal Speech, Including Hate Speech, is Protected

As student protests regarding the Israel-Hamas conflict continued across U.S. universities, there were reports of antisemitic incidents leading some campuses, like Northeastern University in Boston, to close encampments. The protests urged universities to divest from companies involved in the conflict, causing tensions among students.
