Matthew Whitaker tells Newsmax: Stormy Daniels’ Testimony Represents an Injustice

Former acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker told Newsmax on Wednesday that Stormy Daniels’ testimony in the New York trial of former President Donald Trump was deemed as “a manifest injustice.”

Whitaker expressed his concerns about the trial’s fairness, stating that he believed the judge should have declared a mistrial due to the prejudicial information that was being introduced to the jury.

He criticized Daniels’ testimony for being irrelevant and prejudicial to the jury members, noting that it had no probative value and should have been excluded from the trial.

Whitaker also criticized the judge’s handling of the case, stating that the trial was not being conducted fairly and was serving the interests of the left.

He highlighted the impact of the trial on Trump’s ability to campaign effectively and contrast his policies with those of President Joe Biden.
