RFK Jr.: Women Have the Option to Choose Abortion at Full-Term

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. shared his views on abortion in a recent interview, stating that women should have the right to decide on having an abortion, even if the pregnancy is full-term.

During a podcast with Sage Steele, Kennedy was asked about the cutoff point for abortions. He expressed his belief that regardless of the stage of pregnancy, women should have the autonomy to make decisions about their bodies, rather than the government imposing restrictions.

When questioned about his stance on Roe v. Wade or state decisions on abortion, Kennedy reiterated his position that the choice should ultimately belong to the mother.

Despite concerns raised by Steele about late-term abortions, Kennedy maintained that women should have the final say in such matters.

His running mate, Nicole Shanahan, expressed disagreement with Kennedy’s position, emphasizing that every abortion is a loss and suggesting that there should be limits on the practice.

Shanahan also shared her personal view on abortion, advocating for bodily autonomy while balancing the sanctity of life.
