Pam Bondi tells Newsmax that any conviction of Trump would be overturned

Former Florida attorney general Pam Bondi told Newsmax on Wednesday that even if former President Donald Trump is convicted in his New York criminal trial, the decision will be overturned.

“There is no criminal case here,” Bondi, a former special adviser to Trump, said on “Newsline.” “If he is convicted, it will get overturned, and they know that.”

Bondi highlighted issues with jury selection and instructions in the trial, stating that there have been reversible errors at every step.

She criticized the judge’s handling of jury instructions, saying that the jury was poorly instructed and confused, which could lead to a potential mistrial.

Bondi emphasized that the public support for Trump is growing, indicating that people can see through the unjust trial.
