Representative Roy tells Newsmax that Vice President Harris should invoke the 25th Amendment, but is unlikely to do so
Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, stated to Newsmax that congressional Republicans are of the opinion that President Joe Biden, aged 81, is not capable of carrying out his responsibilities as commander in chief. They are urging Vice President Kamala Harris to utilize the 25th Amendment and initiate the procedure for Biden’s ousting.
