Biden: Delegates Given Freedom to Decide Their Actions
President Joe Biden stated on Thursday that delegates at the upcoming Democratic National Convention have the freedom to choose a different candidate if they do not want him to be the nominee in November. Biden made this announcement towards the conclusion of his speech.
