During an interview with Newsmax on Friday, Rep. Mike Lawler, R-N.Y., stated that it is evident that New York is becoming a competitive state for former President Donald Trump. In the 2020 election, President Joe Biden won New York by 23 points, but recent polls show Trump trailing Biden by just 8 points.
