Trump confidently enters RNC convention as Biden and Democrats lose momentum

Following the recent assassination attempt on Saturday, the image of Trump raising his fist became instantly iconic.

Now, almost every Republican views him as the toughest S.O.B. to run for President as they pray for the innocent victims.

The vicious anti-Trump rhetoric that contributed to the tragedy may lead Democrats to reconsider their strategy of labeling him an “existential threat to democracy.”

Despite the attack on Trump, it marked his most successful two-week period since the 2016 Election Day.

The June 27 CNN presidential debate was a disaster for President Biden, highlighting his cognitive decline and political cover-ups.

Recent Supreme Court rulings have disrupted the Democrats’ lawfare campaign.

In national polls, Trump is leading, a feat no Republican candidate has achieved at this stage since 2000.

Trump is leading in all six crucial swing states and seems to be expanding the Republican map.

With a significant advantage in campaign funds and strong party support, Trump is in a favorable position.

Meanwhile, Biden’s recent troubles have led to a drop in donations, causing panic within the party months before Election Day.

With the momentum on the GOP’s side, Trump heads to Milwaukee for the Republican National Convention, poised to secure a unanimous nomination.

While Trump may prefer to delay the convention to capitalize on Democratic struggles, the show must go on.

The convention will take place in Milwaukee for strategic reasons, as Wisconsin is a key state that played a role in Trump’s previous election and defeat in 2020.

By keeping the vice-presidential choice a mystery, Trump has added anticipation to the event, providing a head start to another Republican contender for 2028.

The convention serves as a crucial platform to energize party activists and promote the GOP’s agenda.

A successful convention can boost candidates up and down the ticket for the November elections.

Each night of the convention will highlight different aspects of the RNC platform, with appeals to disaffected Democrats.

Expect discussions on the economy, crime, law enforcement, foreign policy, and the nomination of Trump and his running mate.

A well-executed convention can improve national polling by two to six percentage points, and given the current state of the race, Trump may exceed expectations once again.
