Before speaking at the NAACP convention in Las Vegas, Biden pledged to penalize corporate landlords who increase rents by more than 5% on existing units by revoking valuable tax breaks.

In his actual speech, he mistakenly mentioned limiting rent hikes to “$55.”

Rent control has been criticized as a policy that would lead to a decrease in affordable housing and a significant increase in hosting costs, as warned by Democratic Colorado Governor Jared Polis.

His proposed high-court reforms are seen as an attack on the judiciary branch, aiming to undermine the independence of justices that has safeguarded Americans’ rights for 235 years.

Up until now, Biden had avoided fully supporting the left’s campaign against the court but is now embracing it to secure the party’s nomination for a second term.

There are speculations that his son Hunter and wife Jill are the masterminds behind this strategy as his primary advisors during his rapid decline.

He has been making frequent teleprompter mistakes, with the latest blunder being “battle box” instead of “ballot box.”

Recent interviews with major networks have also been deemed disastrous, indicating his diminishing performance.

Reports suggest that he appeared rambling and worse than during previous debates during a call with House Democrats.

His current trajectory in polls shows a potential landslide loss in November, causing concern among party leaders who are considering alternatives to Joe.
