Judge denies motion to dismiss charges against former Representative Santos
According to The Hill, U.S. District Judge Joanna Seybert declined to throw out the fraud charges against former Rep. George Santos, R-N.Y., on Friday, stating that he did not meet the necessary legal standards in his attempt to dismiss the charges.
