President Joe Biden has stated that he will be delivering his first on-camera remarks on Wednesday following his decision to drop out from the 2024 presidential race.

On Tuesday, Biden announced on X that he will be addressing the nation from the Oval Office on “what lies ahead.”

“Tomorrow evening at 8 PM ET, I will address the nation from the Oval Office on what lies ahead, and how I will finish the job for the American people,” Biden posted.

On Tuesday, Biden was seen for the first time since being diagnosed with COVID-19 last week. He was spotted getting on the Air Force One aircraft to head back to the White House from his Delaware home.

In an open letter shared on social media platforms on Sunday, Biden announced his decision to step aside from campaigning for re-election, even after claiming for weeks that he would be the 2024 Democrat nominee.
