Louisiana Attorney General requests dismissal of lawsuit against new Ten Commandments law




On Monday, Louisiana’s attorney general revealed her request to a federal court to dismiss a lawsuit aiming to overturn the state’s recent law mandating the display of the Ten Commandments in all public school classrooms by January 1. The lawsuit, filed by parents in June, is now under scrutiny.
