Biden-Harris’ controversial plan to bring in large numbers of Venezuelans, Cubans, and Haitians under scrutiny for potential fraud

The Biden-Harris administration is putting a hold on a program that allows up to 30,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans per month, without legal right, to enter the United States with work authorization, known as “CHNV Parole.”

It turns out the program was filled with fraud.

This program was created with fraud in mind and the first victims were American voters.

Congress never approved this parole program, and President Biden’s authority to implement it is questionable.

Additionally, it was not meant to control illegal immigration but to cover up the real extent of the border crisis.

The Customs and Border Patrol considers both denied and apprehended migrants as “encounters” and they are supposed to be removed unless eligible for immigration benefits.

However, CHNV migrants fly directly to the country and don’t show up in the monthly Southwest border encounter totals, the metric often used by the media to discuss illegal migration.

So about 360,000 people enter the country annually without being included in the millions encountered at the border.

Despite this, CHNV parolees have no more legal right to be admitted than apprehended migrants do, and they still pose challenges to American communities.

The surge in cities like New York isn’t solely due to Border Patrol apprehensions, but also because the administration releases encountered migrants, allowing them to stay indefinitely.

Previous administrations recognized and addressed border surges, but the current administration has failed to deter illegal migrants.

Instead of deterring migrants, the administration is using programs like CHNV parole to hide the transactions.

The White House calls this a “legal pathway,” but DHS statistics show otherwise.

CHNV beneficiaries lack proper admission documents, making them inadmissible even if paroled by DHS.

Regardless of being apprehended or paroled, all migrants still require food, housing, medical care, and services.

CHNV is being paused due to fraudulent sponsors, leaving taxpayers to cover the costs.

After uncovering significant fraud, a Department of Homeland Security spokesman mentioned restarting application processing with additional safeguards.

Why is the Biden-Harris administration so eager to admit thousands of Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans at any cost?
