States File Lawsuits Against Biden Administration’s Rule to Extend Health Insurance to DACA Immigrants
Republican-led states have filed a lawsuit to prevent the Biden administration from granting federally run health insurance to approximately 200,000 immigrants who were brought to the U.S. illegally as children. The lawsuit was filed by 15 states led by Republican officials.
