Kamala Harris and Joe Biden’s open border policies pose a threat of terrorism

Thanks to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, a domestic terror attack is a question of when, not if: The duo oversaw the release of nearly 100 illegal immigrants on the terror watch list since the start of their term.

Why on earth would the man charged with defending and protecting the United States from all enemies foreign and domestic and his border czar let terrorists free to wander the nation?

Oh, yes: Because their open-borders fanaticism is far more important to them than even the most basic tenets of national security.

Like If you catch terrorists trying to sneak into your country, don’t let them go — yet these suspects were apprehended and then let go by US border agents.

The grim data comes from the House Judiciary Committee, increasingly the only functional check on the lawlessness of the Biden administration.

Illegals are streaming here from terrorism-hotbed countries around the globe.

The committee found 541 Iranian nationals, 3,104 Uzbek nationals and 2,134 Afghan nationals encountered by the Border Patrol over that same timespan.

Don’t forget the mega-inflows from nations like Venezuela and Cuba, beneficiaries of a special parole program that the Biden administration just suspended because it was — gee, who’d a thunk! — absolutely rotten with fraud.

That setup was designed to let in as many as 30,000 illegals per month.

And these are just the ones we know about.

The more than 2 million “gotaways,” illegals spotted but not stopped by border agents, to enter under Biden-Harris mean countless more likely terrorists may be roaming American communities (after all, terror networks have the resources to pay the cartels plenty for info on where to sneak in), and that no federal law enforcement has any eyes on them at all.

Until it’s too late, and innocents have been slaughtered.

Remember, too, that we’ve already seen barely foiled terror plots.

The eight Tajik nationals arrested for a terror plot earlier this year were border jumpers.

And one of the two Jordanians who launched a box-truck attack at a Virginia Marine base reportedly was an illegal entrant as well.

That’s the context in which Harris and Homeland Security chief Alejandro Mayorkas crow about the border being secure.

Joe Biden erased the border starting the day he came into office, removing all of the sensible Trump-era policies; he’s since created multiple new “legal” pathways for illegal entry.

The result has been the immiseration of border towns, the fiscal destruction of big cities and the abolition of any pretense that the United States is secure.

The worst part?

Harris will give us four more years of the same if she wins in November.
