According to former New Jersey Superior Court Judge Andrew Napolitano, speaking to Newsmax on Monday, any potential lawsuit filed by former President Trump against the DOJ regarding the Mar-a-Lago raid would be futile. Napolitano believes that while the raid may have been improper, it did not violate any laws in the process.
