Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs continues to embody the ‘Bad Boy For Life’ persona

Additional Information about P. Diddy

Known as Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, or other aliases, Sean Combs is being accused of having a “vicious temper” and displaying violent behavior towards women. Allegations include instances where he threw phones, laptops, equipment, and food in fits of rage.

In a 55-page jury trial demand filed on September 10 in the US District Court, Southern District, it is claimed that Combs “choked, strangled, and beat his girlfriend Cassie Ventura, hitting her with objects” and made threats to individuals such as, “You want to die tonight?”

The plaintiff in this case is singer and musician Dawn Richard from Danity Kane. The defendants named are Combs, along with 20 of his businesses and business partners. Richard’s legal team, the Bloom Firm and IP Legal Studio LIC, allege witnessing Combs physically assaulting Ventura, including choking, strangling, slapping, punching, and throwing items at her, including a hot pan.

Threats directed at Richard included statements like: “You want to die today. I end people…You could be missing.”

The lawsuit also seeks damages for unpaid wages and unpaid salaries from sold albums, totaling an estimated $1.5 million, as well as another $1.5 million for promoting Diddy’s vodka brand Ciroc.

On page 13 of the lawsuit, Richard recalls a party in Atlanta after the Soul Train Awards where there were illegal drugs, alcohol, women in minimal clothing passed out, and sexual acts being performed on them. Additionally, item 74 mentions Richard being denied food in a recording studio by Combs, who said, “absolutely f***ing not.”

The fourth cause of action in the lawsuit is “Human Trafficking,” involving labor trafficking, unpaid and forced labor. Page 23 describes Richard being locked inside Combs’ Bad Boy Records Bentley, which had no interior door handles. Pages 25 and 26 also allege copyright infringement and nonpayment related to songs that Richard claims have her creativity and involvement.

Ventura previously sued Diddy for rape and other abuses last year but settled out of court quickly. Diddy’s attorney states: “Dawn Richard has now manufactured a series of false claims all in the hopes of trying to get a pay day.”
