At a rally in Detroit on Friday night, former President Donald Trump discussed the idea of a “Michigan miracle” and introduced a proposal called “Build It In America.” The plan involves lowering the corporate tax rate to 15% in order to assist not only the Motor City, but also other urban areas throughout the United States.
