Here is an overview of the top 25 suspects in Canada and the reasons for their arrest warrants.
A reward of up to $250,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Dave “Pik” Turmel, who is alleged to be the head of Blood Family Mafia (BFM) involved in substance trafficking, conspiracy, and assault with a weapon by the Quebec City Police Service.
