Elon Musk Embraces His ‘Superman’ Persona While Critics Attempt to Bring Him and DOGE Down

He’s balancing the budget, aiding astronauts, and protecting the planet.

Look, up in the sky! Is it a bird? Is it a plane?

No! It’s Super-Elon.

However, in spite of all Elon Musk’s accomplishments, the wealthiest individual on the planet seems to be feeling low.

And who could fault him, given the daily threats to his life, arson attempts on his businesses, wild protests, and routine slander aimed at him?

Donald Trump attempted to lift his spirits by buying a Tesla this week, but Musk still appears dejected.

During a recent interview with Larry Kudlow for Fox Business, he became visibly emotional when discussing how he manages multiple ventures, including Tesla, SpaceX, X, and his latest task of scrutinizing federal government spending.

“With great difficulty,” he replied, pausing to let out a heavy sigh.

“Honestly, I can’t believe I’m doing this,” he told Kudlow, reflecting on how his life has been turned upside down since he opted to support Trump during the campaign and voluntarily work to eliminate “waste, fraud and abuse” from the federal government.

“But we’re facing this massive federal budget deficit… Our interest payments exceed the budget for the Defense Department. That was my wake-up call—seeing that number growing, which meant if we didn’t act, there would be no funds for anything… I just don’t want America to go bankrupt.”

DOGE digging in

For someone who was once a staunch opponent of Trump among the liberal elite, this is a noble patriotic cause that resonates with his almost childlike sense of fairness and order.

He mentioned that it was Trump’s superhero-like fist pump after surviving an assassin’s bullet in Butler, Pa., that inspired him to join “Dark MAGA.”

However, things took a downward turn as he began applying his sharp intellect to government spending through DOGE, the whimsically named “Department of Government Efficiency.”

Tesla’s stock suffered a decline this week, his social media platform X faced a cyber attack, and his net worth plummeted by 11 figures.

Yet, he remains committed to supporting Trump for another year.

Many Americans appreciate that he and his team of exceptionally bright individuals are uncovering extreme fraud and waste, such as $1.5 million spent on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs in Serbia, $70,000 on a DEI musical in Ireland, $47,000 on a transgender opera in Colombia, $32,000 on a transgender comic book in Peru, and $2 million for gender reassignment surgeries in Guatemala.

Public sentiment seems to reject the consistent anti-Musk, anti-DOGE media narrative, according to recent surveys.

In fact, a CBS/YouGov poll last week yielded such favorable results that CNN’s polling expert Harry Enten deemed it “shocking,” as it indicated that a majority of Americans support DOGE’s initiatives to cut federal spending.

Another poll from the Washington Post/IPSOS revealed that 42% of respondents believe DOGE is eliminating “wasteful” expenditures while only 36% think it is cutting “necessary programs.”

Nonetheless, since Musk’s proposed cuts threaten the Democrats’ secret financing of street militias and other dubious activities, an aggressive campaign is underway to undermine him.

The Resistance has concluded that Trump is resilient to their attacks, so they are now directing their fire at Musk, attempting to tarnish his businesses and disturb his peace.

Don’t believe haters

In a Cabinet meeting last week that was portrayed as a confrontation between Musk and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, claims surfaced suggesting that DOGE is precariously positioned, and Musk’s relationship with Trump is crumbling.

However, those who observe the president and his tech consultant together can see genuine mutual respect and camaraderie.

Despite his exuberance, Musk never refers to himself as anything beyond “tech support,” offering constructive feedback to the Cabinet on where they can effectively reduce excess.

If they opt not to take his advice, they will have to face public scrutiny.

Some proposed cuts may not be ideal, but at least government spending is finally being scrutinized. That’s something to celebrate, as it’s our money.

DOGE is forthcoming about its findings, which can be viewed in convenient chart formats on its website doge.gov.

So far, it’s reported estimated savings of $105 billion through a mix of “asset sales, contract/lease cancellations and renegotiations, fraud and improper payment deletions, grant cancellations, interest savings, programmatic adjustments, regulatory improvements, and workforce reductions.”

According to DOGE, this translates to a savings of $652.17 per taxpayer thus far.

Musk is optimistic about reaching $1 trillion in savings, and last month Trump hinted at potentially returning some of that money to taxpayers as a DOGE dividend check.

That would serve as a delightful political incentive ahead of the midterm elections.

Beyond politics, DOGE has uncovered extensive misuse of funds on DEI programs alone.

The figures are staggering.

No one who cares about taxpayer money would squander it on such needless expenditures.

We’ve witnessed the tens of millions saved by cutting DEI programs that USAID was propagating globally — such as $28 million in Burma.

And that’s just the beginning.

Musk, with his team of brilliant minds and relentless dedication, is the only person capable of addressing this massive issue.

Trump is the only president astute and daring enough to empower him.

Future generations will recognize Elon Musk as the real-life superhero he is, even if some on Earth attempt to bring him down.

‘With No Love’ for Meghan

Meghan Markle might not be easy to like, but it’s tough not to feel sympathy for her in her current circumstances.

Many are enjoying “With Love, Meghan,” her innocuous Netflix endeavor, gleefully mock-watching her as she clumsily navigates a kitchen while talking about herself.

However, the entertainment turned sour when her estranged father, Thomas Markle, weighed in, publicly criticizing her authenticity and labeling her show a failure.

Imagine dealing with a father who openly disparages you, expressing that you’ve never been “authentic” and dismissing your work as a flop.

It’s clear why she didn’t want him at her lavish wedding to Prince Harry or communicate with him afterward.

A father should offer unwavering love and support to his daughter, regardless of circumstances.

Unfortunately, Thomas and the rest of the Markle family seem more inclined to belittle their famous relative.

It’s no surprise she’s struggling with insecurity.
