18 Trump Attorneys and Allies Indicted by Georgia DA
Former President Donald Trump and 18 others, including his attorneys, advisers, and affiliates, have been indicted on felony charges related to interfering with the 2020 election in Fulton County, Georgia. The 98-page indictment includes a total of 41 counts, such as racketeering, conspiracy, impersonating a public officer, forgery, and perjury. All defendants are charged with violating the Georgia racketeer-influenced and corrupt organizations statute. Trump’s former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and attorney Rudy Giuliani are among those facing charges. Other individuals indicted include members of Trump’s legal team, Department of Justice attorneys, and Republican Party officials.
