44 Percent of Israelis Prefer Trump as President According to Channel 12 Poll.

A recent Channel 12 poll revealed that 44% of Israelis support former U.S. President Donald Trump for re-election in November, while only 30% prefer current leader Joe Biden to win a second term. Additionally, 26% of respondents stated that they were unsure about their preference.

Among those who voted for parties in Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s governing coalition, 72% favored Trump while only 8% supported Biden. On the other hand, 55% of respondents who voted for parties in the Israeli opposition favored Biden, with only 23% supporting Trump.

The poll was conducted with 504 Israelis and had a maximum sampling error of 4.4 percentage points. Trump and Biden secured their respective party nominations in the primaries held earlier that day, setting the stage for a rematch of the 2020 election.
