ACLU Files Lawsuit Challenging Fast-Tracked Deportations
The American Civil Liberties Union has declared that it has initiated legal action against President Trump’s intentions regarding rapid deportations. A recently established regulation by the Department of Homeland Security permits the expedited removal of migrants who are unable to demonstrate that they have resided in the country for two years.
