Michelle Trachtenberg, the talented actress recognized for her iconic roles in popular TV shows such as “Gossip Girl” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” as well as films like “Eurotrip” and “Harriet the Spy,” has sadly passed away at the age of 39.

On Wednesday, shortly after 8 a.m. local time, Trachtenberg was discovered deceased in her apartment in New York City, with her mother finding her body.
Although the exact cause of death has not been disclosed, it has been reported that the actress had recently undergone a liver transplant and could have been facing complications.
Starting her acting career at a young age, Trachtenberg appeared in over 100 commercials before landing significant television and movie roles.
