Alan Dershowitz tells Newsmax that the Supreme Court’s decision was the correct one

According to Harvard University Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz, the Supreme Court made the right decision in ruling to keep former President Donald Trump from being forced off primary ballots, as reported by Newsmax on Tuesday.

The Supreme Court overturned the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision that Trump was ineligible to appear on the state’s presidential primary ballot due to the Constitution’s anti-insurrectionist provision.

In response to the Supreme Court’s ruling on “Newline,” Dershowitz stated, “I predicted exactly what the court would do. It was the right decision.” He criticized Keith Olbermann and Maryland Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin for suggesting ways to circumvent the Supreme Court’s decision and potentially prevent Trump from serving if elected.

Dershowitz warned against attempts to disrupt American democracy by not accepting the outcome of a fair election. He emphasized that the decision should be left to the voters, not influenced by personal biases.
