Arizona Attorney General Expects 1864 Abortion Ban to Not Be Implemented
Arizona’s potentially strict abortion ban is unlikely to be enforced following the conclusion of the state’s recent legislative session, due to the timing of a repeal that was approved, said Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes.
