Biden and Harris to pay homage at Sept. 11 Memorials as White House vows to never forget
President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris will pay tribute to the victims of the Sept. 11 attacks by visiting each of the three sites where the hijacked planes crashed in 2001, resulting in the deaths of almost 3,000 people.
