Biden’s ‘Autopen-Signed’ Pardons Are Invalid and Empty – One America News Network

On Sunday, former President Donald Trump announced that multiple pardons granted by President Joe Biden, including those for members of the House select committee, are invalid. He claims these were authorized using an electronic autopen, and possibly executed by someone else.

An autopen, also known as a signing machine, is a device used to automatically replicate a signature.
According to Barron’s, former President Barack Obama was the first to utilize an autopen for signing a bill into law back in 2011.
“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and numerous others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND WITHOUT FURTHER LEGAL EFFECT, due to the fact they were executed using Autopen. In essence, Joe Biden did not sign them, and importantly, he was not even aware they existed! The required Pardoning Documents were neither explained to nor approved by Biden,” Trump wrote in a Sunday post on Truth Social.
“He was completely unaware of their existence, and those who were aware may have committed a crime. Hence, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence collected during their two-year Witch Hunt against me and countless other innocent individuals, should recognize that they are liable for investigation at the highest level. The reality is, they were likely accountable for the Documents signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!” he further stated.
Trump proposed that any cognitive decline on Biden’s part, along with the use of an autopen, could have been exploited by a “radical left lunatic” within the White House—avoiding Biden’s direct approval.
On his last day in office, Biden issued pardons for “General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, as well as the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee.”
Trump’s remarks follow the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project gathering extensive documentation from the previous Democratic administration, revealing that autopens were frequently used for most documents.
“We compiled every document we could locate with Biden’s signature throughout his presidency. All but one utilized the same autopen signature, namely the declaration that the former President was exiting the race last year. Here is the autopen signature,” the Oversight Project reported last month.
President Trump also shared a video on Truth Social, raising further doubts about Biden’s awareness regarding the ongoing use of an autopen concerning presidential documents.
“It seems we had an autopen for a president,” Trump remarked while aboard Air Force One in a video shared on Monday. “The entire matter of autopen—was he aware of what he was doing? Did he authorize it, or was this an individual in an office, possibly a radical left lunatic, just signing whatever they wish?”
President Trump also indicated that he might utilize the autopen to respond to the many letters he receives, but he would never use it for official documents.
“We might use it—for instance, to send a letter to a young person. We receive countless letters of encouragement from young individuals, people who are unwell, etc. However, to utilize an autopen for signing pardons and other important matters is disgraceful,” Trump concluded.
