Biden’s Facial Lines Caused by Sleep Apnea Device

President Joe Biden attended a healthcare event this week with noticeable lines on his face, believed to be from his use of a machine that helps with sleep apnea.

Biden was seen with these lines while appearing with Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., on Wednesday to discuss efforts to lower prescription drug prices in the U.S. The New York Post reported on this speculation.

Last year, the White House confirmed Biden’s use of a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, a condition that affects breathing during sleep, leading to interruptions and symptoms like irritability and daytime sleepiness, as per the Mayo Clinic.

White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor mentioned “obstructive sleep apnea” as a medical consideration after Biden’s annual physical last February, stating that the president remains fit for duty.
