Bipartisan Legislation Names Russia as a State Sponsor of Terrorism
Senators Richard Blumenthal and Lindsey Graham have introduced a new bill that calls for Russia to be officially labeled as a state sponsor of terror. This comes just two days after Russia and North Korea signed a pact to support each other in case of war, causing concern in the region and beyond.
