Border Patrol: 33% of Surveillance Cameras are Out of Order
An internal memo from the agency reveals that approximately 33% of the surveillance cameras positioned along the U.S.-Mexico border are not functioning properly. This malfunction is having a “significant impact” on the operations of the Border Patrol.
