California Democrat Whitesides Seeks to Flip Rep. Garcia’s Seat
In one of the last significant contests that Democrats have to possibly prevent a Republican majority in the House, Democrat George Whitesides is ahead of incumbent Rep. Mike Garcia, R-Calif., in the race for California’s 27th Congressional District.
