California Police Department Hides Suspects’ Identities Using Lego Heads in Response to New Law
The Murrieta Police Department has started using Lego heads to conceal the identities of suspects in booking photos and mugshots. This measure is being taken in order to adhere to a new California law that prohibits law enforcement from sharing images of individuals accused of nonviolent crimes, as reported by KTLA.
