Canada’s Poilievre Rejects Trump’s 51st State Proposal
Pierre Poilievre, the leader of the Canadian Conservative Party, firmly dismissed the notion of Canada becoming the 51st state of the United States. “Canada will never be the 51st state. Period. We are a great and independent country,” Poilievre stated on X on Tuesday.
