Christina Bobb Tells Newsmax: Trump Remains Upbeat Despite Unfair Treatment
According to Christina Bobb, an attorney for his Save America PAC, former President Donald Trump’s spirits remain high despite the legal cases he’s facing. He sees the need to move on due to the “blatant injustice” he is experiencing, as stated on Newsmax Sunday.
Bobb told Newsmax’s “Wake Up America” that Trump is persevering against ongoing attacks and threats. She believes he is not focused on personal gain but instead is resigned to the process.
During his speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Saturday, Trump referred to the legal actions against him as “Stalinist show trials” orchestrated by President Joe Biden. He described them as destructive to government systems and traditional legal norms.
Trump and his legal team are disputing the multimillion-dollar judgment against him, seeking an extension that was denied. He is currently appealing the case.
Bobb agrees with Trump’s claim that the punishment is excessive and violates his Eighth Amendment rights. She pointed out that the charges in the New York case lacked any victims, with property valuation experts supporting the defense’s claims.
She believes the denial of Trump’s appeal is politically motivated and anticipates a potential overturn on appeal due to the unjust nature of the case.
Bobb also discussed Trump’s case in Georgia, particularly the conflict arising from the relationship between Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and a prosecutor. She expects the case to be dismissed based on ethical grounds.
