CNN: Pentagon Treads Lightly, Postpones Large-Scale Firings
The Department of Defense is said to postpone the termination of civilian probationary staff in order for Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and the Pentagon’s Office of General Counsel to assess the potential impact on U.S. military readiness, according to a report by CNN on Friday.
