Congressman Jake LaTurner Tells Newsmax: it is “Right and Proper” to Issue Criminal Referrals
Rep. Jake LaTurner, R-Kan., shared with Newsmax on Wednesday that it is appropriate for the House Oversight Committee to move forward with criminal referrals in the investigation of President Joe Biden’s potential misuse of public office.
LaTurner stated during an appearance on “Wake Up America” that the committee is planning criminal referrals for multiple individuals, including potential criminal referrals for Joe Biden.
The Oversight Committee is scheduled to hold a hearing on Wednesday morning regarding the president’s alleged influence peddling scheme, with testimonies from Tony Bobulinski and Jason Galanis, former business associates of Hunter Biden.
Although Hunter Biden is not expected to attend, LaTurner expressed uncertainty about his presence, suggesting that he might choose not to appear.
LaTurner emphasized the importance of shedding light on the alleged financial transactions involving Joe Biden and his family, amounting to over $24 million from foreign companies. He pointed out the significance of evidence indicating the involvement of Joe Biden and emphasized the committee’s commitment to following the facts in the investigation.
