Connections Between Punctuality and White Supremacy Culture at Duke Medical School
A strategic plan for 2021 created by the Duke University School of Medicine draws connections between the expectation of punctuality from people of color and white supremacy culture. The plan also outlines a goal to boost the representation of “Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, and People of Color” within the school’s faculty, senior staff, and student body.
