Department of Justice Aims to Enable Lawsuits by Victims of Terror
According to The Hill, President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice has requested the Supreme Court to uphold a 2019 law allowing lawsuits from terrorism victims against the Palestinian Authority and Palestine Liberation Organization to move forward.
